Contract Recruiter

United Faith Ministries Inc seeks a contract recruiter for a six-month, on-site assignment in Orange, CA, responsible for end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to clarify staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, and applicant pools.
• Screen applicants and shortlist those who meet qualifications and align with the organization’s values and culture.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and the applicant tracking system.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate activities between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment workflow.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
