Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting leadership: drive hiring from intake and talent strategy through selection, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiation.
- Strategic requisition ownership and project management: manage multiple searches simultaneously while providing crisp, proactive updates on progress, risks, and market dynamics.
- Proactive global sourcing: leverage direct outreach, social platforms, referrals, and targeted headhunting techniques to build high quality pipelines.
- Consultative stakeholder partnership: influence and guide hiring leaders and HR partners through best practices, calibrated evaluation, and sound decision making.
- Complex offer creation and negotiation: structure and close offers that may include variable compensation, long term incentives, relocation, and other components.
- Premium candidate and hiring manager experience: deliver a high touch process and serve as the trusted point person for all recruiting activity within the sales business group.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate and/or search/agency), with demonstrated success closing high caliber talent

Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a high impact, senior level Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Sales organization on a six month plus contract. This is a hands on, end-to-end recruiting role for a recruiter who can operate as a true talent advisor, owning the search strategy, influencing stakeholders, and consistently delivering top talent in a competitive market. The individual will serve as the primary recruiting focal point for hiring managers and HR partners, bringing strong market intelligence, exceptional candidate stewardship, and the ability to close talent through complex offer scenarios. Location requirement: candidates must be based in the Raleigh, NC area and able to work onsite three days per week.
