Clinical Research Recruiter

Sleep Management Institute is hiring a Clinical Research Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH (in person). This role supports clinical research by helping identify, enroll, and retain eligible participants, with an emphasis on accurate documentation and respectful, patient-focused communication. What you will do

• Review charts and analyze medical records to identify potential study participants.
• Contact potential and ongoing participants by phone to discuss study opportunities and assess eligibility.
• Partner with study coordinators to understand protocols, study criteria, and enrollment goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
• Build trust through a personal, professional approach to patient interactions, supporting engagement throughout the recruitment process.

• Previous experience in a Medical/Research setting (required).
• Comfort speaking with patients and engaging in conversations.

Compensation and work location

Location: In person, Cincinnati, OH (onsite). Relocation to Cincinnati, OH 45245 is required before starting work.

Pay: $19.00 to $26.25 per hour (USD 19 to 26 per hourly).
