Job Description

Hybrid role in San Jose, CA with a focus on building early-career talent pipelines. As a University Recruiter (Campus Recruiter) at Compunnel Healthcare, you will work across hiring managers and university partners to support end-to-end recruiting for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions. The position includes travel during peak recruiting cycles, plus opportunities to strengthen the candidate experience through presentations, reporting, and employer brand promotion.

In this role, you will help shape the university recruitment experience by developing partnerships, planning outreach, and coordinating the recruitment process from pipeline building through offers. If you enjoy collaborating across teams and presenting clear updates through the hiring cycle, this position offers a direct, high-impact recruiting lane for early-career candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Own full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including talent pipeline building, interviews, and offers
  • Develop strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline for current and future organizational needs
  • Promote the employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Communicate fearlessly to build trust, bringing a strong perspective that supports and motivates hiring partners and candidates
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Travel domestically during peak recruiting cycles
  • Support recruitment programs that define and provide a comprehensive university experience
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience
  • Develop presentations and reports to support recruitment activities and tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience; prior experience in university or campus recruiting is preferred
  • Creative and self-motivated, with a self-learner mindset and strong teamwork skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work through issue resolution and interact across interdepartmental engineering and support organizations
  • Demonstrated project driving skills, including managing projects with set milestones and timelines
  • Ability to execute with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and past ATS experience required

Role Details

  • Location: Hybrid remote in San Jose, CA 95119
  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40.0 per week
  • Technologies: Microsoft Office, ATS

Role purpose: Partner with hiring managers and core university partners to support university recruitment and the overall recruiting experience for early-career candidates.
