Blue-Collar Recruiter / Talent Acquisition - Spanish/English

In this field-focused recruitment role, you will lead full-cycle hiring for blue-collar positions and actively engage Spanish- and English-speaking communities to build strong talent pipelines. Based in Spring Valley, NY with hybrid work options, the role supports recruiting across New York and New Jersey and involves community outreach, events, and direct candidate engagement. The compensation range is USD 52,746 - 70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across New York and New Jersey.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, trade schools, workforce development programs, and networking events.
• Visit local communities, churches, Spanish-speaking organizations, community centers, and educational institutions to identify talent.
• Develop relationships with community leaders and referral sources.
• Promote job opportunities through social media, community outreach, referrals, and grassroots recruiting efforts.
• Conduct candidate interviews both virtually and in person.
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruiting systems.
