Limitless Power Logistics Inc is seeking a proactive bilingual HR Truck Driver Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for CDL Class A drivers within a fast-paced trucking environment. Based onsite in Orlando, the role collaborates with operations and management to attract, hire, and retain qualified drivers. For candidates who bring CDL Class A driving experience, no prior recruiting experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit CDL Class A drivers via job boards, social networks, referrals, and professional connections
- Perform initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews
- Verify driver qualifications, including MVR and PSP, in accordance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment steps
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Assist with driver retention efforts, follow-ups, and engagement check-ins
- Provide general HR support and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with management to meet staffing and workforce needs
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR within the trucking or transportation sector OR CDL Class A truck driving experience (recruiting experience not required; training provided)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required
