Job Description
Remote, full-time Clinical Talent Advisor role at Action Behavior Centers (ABC), with a salary range of USD 60,000 - 75,000 per year and up to 15% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent attraction, from sourcing qualified candidates to presenting the most competitive offers.
- Provide strategic partnership with ABC leadership to align hiring needs with market realities and organizational goals.
- Build trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a clear understanding of their requirements and concerns.
- Identify and attract qualified clinical talent, including Behavior Analysts in Training.
- Track and report recruitment effectiveness through progress updates, status reports, and market feedback to senior leadership.
- Travel up to 15 percent as needed to support recruitment activities and on-site engagements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Proven experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, design creative talent strategies, and deliver measurable impact as a talent leader.
- Outgoing, collaborative, and results-driven mindset with grit to complete objectives.
