Allied Healthcare Recruiter

The Allied Healthcare Recruiter role is an on-site position in Omaha, Nebraska, focused on recruiting and placing travel nurses nationwide. The position offers a base salary of USD 45,000 with uncapped commissions and bonuses within a high-activity, phone-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place Travel Nurses across the United States.
• Make 80–90 outbound calls daily using calls, texts, and email
• Interview candidates and match them to open jobs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Sales or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Solid work history
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
