Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
- Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision making
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
- Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
- Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for each year of education
- At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year with a Master’s degree
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
- Solid knowledge of technology hiring across industries, including evolving technologies in digital, infrastructure, and application development
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking

- Experience recruiting for AI driven technologies such as machine learning, data science, cloud AI platforms, automation, and analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and hiring data
- Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
Work Location and Compensation
Work location options include Somerset, NJ, Richardson, TX or Reston, VA. This is an in-person role and requires residency within commuting distance or willingness to relocate. Travel up to 20% may be required. Estimated annual compensation range is $55,000 to $77,000 for candidates based in Somerset, NJ.
