Technical Recruiter (Contract)
Job Description
Join KFC as a contract Technical Recruiter to support a growing digital strategy by sourcing technical talent across Data Analytics, Consumer Technology, DevOps and UX. This assignment lasts approximately 4 to 6 months and is based in Louisville, KY, with remote work available after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy to recruit niche, technical candidates in limited talent pools, including developing a business plan, conducting competitive research, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle.
- Identify creative, out-of-the-box approaches to attract and recruit hard-to-fill talent.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to update them on their progression.
- Help craft our recruiting story from the perspective of new hires to evolve our approach.
- Source for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Screen candidates against job requirements and responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least one year of technical recruiting experience.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for developing innovative ideas.
- Problem solving abilities necessary to fulfill the duties of the position.
- Ability to report weekly progress to the Coach and Hiring Managers.
- Remote work is available after onboarding.
