Technical Recruiter

Fusion Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring for IT and telecom roles from Easton, MD with a hybrid schedule. In this position, you will own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through technical screening and candidate guidance all the way to offers and onboarding.

You will work closely with hiring managers to align on team needs and future openings, while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The role emphasizes both recruitment execution and the ability to assess technical fit for specialized telecom and IT positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for IT and telecom positions.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct screening focused on technical skills for specialized roles.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of ready candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate candidate progress through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally in telecom or IT.
• Comfort with telecom fundamentals, including fiber optics, 5G, VoIP, and mobile networks.
• Knowledge of relevant industry certifications and standards, such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or BICSI standards.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
