Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter role based in Cheektowaga, NY, focusing on full cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to map staffing needs and design effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Steer the full talent acquisition process from job postings to offer letters
  • Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with timely, clear communication
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to support smooth onboarding for new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic team setting
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with iCIMS is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time on-site

Location

Buffalo, NY, primarily based in our Cheektowaga office, with occasional light travel to Rochester and Albany for hiring events.

Compensation

$80,000-$110,000 OTE (Salary + Bonus).
