Talent Acquisition Specialist

This onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist role combines full-cycle talent sourcing with a strong focus on an efficient, high-quality candidate journey. You will work alongside a supportive HR team and leadership, with opportunities to advance as the business continues to grow.

Based in New Windsor, NY (onsite), this position offers USD 68,000 - 75,000 per year. The role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers and balancing multiple openings with consistency and care.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across both facilities and all departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and set recruiting timelines.
• Source proactively through online platforms, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain timely communication throughout the process.
• Track and report recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, pipeline strength, and hiring quality.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience from application through hiring.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a manufacturing, food production, or operations-driven environment.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings across different functions at the same time.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to hiring.
