Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Levata is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on campus and early-career sales hiring. Based in Miami, FL (onsite), this role helps candidates move from first outreach to offer while keeping pipeline health visible through consistent reporting and ATS management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a campus recruitment strategy focused on attracting early-career sales talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with career services offices, business and sales programs, and student sales organizations to support a sustained talent pipeline.
- Represent Levata at career fairs, campus information sessions, case competitions, and collegiate sales competitions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and early-career sales roles, from requisition through start date.
- Source candidates using university partnerships, LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and sales-focused student organizations.
- Create and maintain a talent community for future early-career sales opportunities to support faster filling from a warm candidate pool.
- Track and report pipeline health, including applicant flow, conversion, time-to-fill, and diversity of pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, communication skills, coachability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate structured interview panels with sales hiring managers and guide them on consistent evaluation.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding handoff.
- Promote Levata’s employer brand within early-career talent communities and on campus.
- Partner with Marketing and HR to develop recruitment materials, social content, and event collateral tailored to early-career sales audiences.
- Support the design and administration of internship and new-grad sales development programs.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for other specified open roles across Levata outside of the campus and early-career sales program.
- Partner with hiring managers across functions to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and manage requisitions from intake to offer.
- Balance recruiting capacity across campus/early-career and general hiring needs, escalating capacity constraints to the TA Manager as volume shifts occur.
- Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS and provide regular pipeline and hiring reports to TA leadership and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including campus/early-career or sales recruiting.
- Experience building relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
- Comfort recruiting across multiple functions and role types, with the ability to re-prioritize as hiring needs change.
- Familiarity with sales roles and sales competencies.
- Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
- Comfort presenting to groups and representing Levata at in-person campus events.
- Travel requirement: 30% to support campus engagement.
