Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced healthcare environments. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, the role leverages iCIMS ATS and CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent, supporting strategic workforce plans with a metrics-focused approach. The position is based onsite in East Liverpool, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma/GED, required
Experience developing and negotiating job offers
Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
