The position includes meaningful travel to career fairs, schools, and job sites, with frequent movement between the Triad area and Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
- Travel frequently to career fairs, schools, and similar events to recruit candidates.
- Frequent travel between the North Carolina Triad and Georgia regions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post openings and source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage Cultural Index surveys for applicants.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide interview feedback and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently between the Triad area of North Carolina and the Atlanta, Georgia area.
- Comfort with spending the majority of time on the road, attending career fairs, setting up hiring events, visiting job sites, and supporting recruiting initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new HRIS, ATS, and other recruiting software.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reports as requested.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
