Compensation: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year
Location: St. Louis, MO onsite at the Lake St. Louis location
Responsibilities
- Recruit and sustain a nationwide courier network of independent contractors across the United States
- Design and conduct virtual and in person interviews or screenings to ensure network partners align with Stat Courier's mission, values, and goals
- Oversee credentialing for the courier network, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Provide ongoing updates and information to the courier network, including safety and protocol guidelines
- Address valid concerns raised by couriers or from client feedback
- Foster professional, respectful, and collaborative relationships with all delivery network partners
- Ensure attire, protocol, vehicle type, and presentation standards meet Stat Courier requirements
- Assist Dispatch in all aspects of successful job completion
- Collaborate with Office Operations personnel
- Support Stat Courier initiatives, RFPs, business development proposals, and new contract implementations
- Partner with other departments to recruit, build, and maintain cross functional networks
- Provide daily guidance and mentorship to direct reports
- Collaborate with Logistics Leadership to establish department goals, communicate them, ensure understanding and commitment, and report on progress
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere within the department
- Balance the team’s responsibilities and ongoing tasks
- Develop, organize, and share best practices across the department
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the transportation industry
- Experience recruiting for contact center and logistics positions (CCRs and Drivers)
- Intermediate level or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve defined goals
