Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist, onsite in Lancaster, TX, supports full-cycle recruitment for high-volume blue- and white-collar roles, partnering with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, P&O Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver compliant, timely recruitment and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Support requisition creation and posting within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to build qualified pipelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain organized candidate records in the ATS and support recruitment reporting.
  • Assist Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists with high-volume and specialty hiring initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Work cross-functionally with P&O Partners, Operations, and business leaders to align recruiting priorities with operational needs.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement sourcing and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide Talent Acquisition support to P&O teams and help resolve recruiting process challenges.
  • Attend meetings, intake discussions, and debriefs with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through professional communication, transparency, and timely updates.
  • Represent DSV at job fairs and community events to promote the employer brand.
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure recruiting compliance.
  • Adhere to global recruitment standards and data privacy policies.
  • Support initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve recruitment metrics through process improvements and proactive sourcing.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to strengthen recruitment and HR knowledge.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related administrative roles preferred; internship experience applicable.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting or the supply chain/logistics industry is a plus.
