Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Weichert seeks a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Morris Plains, NJ, to recruit Sales Associates for assigned sales offices, guide candidates through the hiring process, report to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead, collaborate with regional leadership, target at least 48 hires annually, and manage office staffing and candidate outreach; salary range USD 70,000–80,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, meet virtually with, present to, follow up with, and hire potential candidates for the assigned Weichert, Realtors sales office.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to recommend hires based on candidate expertise, knowledge, and market analytics.
- Promote and market the Sales Office and the company online to build a positive image and attract candidates.
- Suggest new and creative proactive recruiting methods to increase lead flow and candidate pipeline for assigned offices.
- Consistently use company branded recruiting tools and best practices to interview and present candidates with the benefits of joining Weichert.
- Utilize internal and external programs to source, track, and manage leads.
- Report to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead and collaborate with the office RVP, Sales Manager, office sales associates, and the Career Development Specialist team to strategize and address location recruiting needs.
- Submit various reporting for management.
- Aim to recruit a combined minimum of 48 new and experienced Sales Associates per year.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Minimum 1.5 years of recruiting experience required, or strong sales/management experience that included hiring and/or building a team
- Ability to consistently secure appointments through phone outreach and networking
- Ability to present to both small and large groups
- Ability to network and cold call to identify leads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
- Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, etc.)
