Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, targeted search and marketing strategies to drive candidate flow and quality using the Veritiv Careers Site, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media, while complying with applicable laws and regulations governing online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and understanding candidate needs, ensuring the recruiting process is efficiently facilitated.
- Keep Talent Acquisition Partners promptly informed about sourcing status for open roles and suggest process improvements to boost the quality and quantity of applicant flow.
- Utilize Workday and CRM systems effectively, including proper documentation, pipelining of future candidates, development of the talent pool, and conducting applicant reviews.
- Develop proficiency in Veritiv's story to enhance brand awareness within the candidate marketplace.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business conditions and shifting priorities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Education: High School Diploma.
