Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruitment for certified and licensed healthcare professionals for Capstan HR (formerly The WorkPlace Group). This remote position focuses on identifying, engaging, and placing skilled healthcare talent across clinical and non-clinical roles to support client success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, social platforms, and innovative outreach methods rather than relying solely on screening.
• Draft compelling job advertisements that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect healthcare roles.
• Recruit certified and licensed healthcare professionals (CNA, CHHA, LPN, RN, Med Tech, etc.) as well as non-clinical and professional positions.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver consistent results.
• Maintain precise requisition and pipeline management while ensuring clear and accountable communication.
• Contribute as a team-oriented professional who represents Capstan HR with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on client success.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of healthcare recruiting experience, clinical or non-clinical.
• Experience recruiting certified and licensed healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to actively source candidates, not just screen or coordinate.
• Experience supporting hourly and professional level roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Solid knowledge of certified and licensed nurses and therapists.
• Excellent writing skills for crafting job ads and outreach messages.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Zoom or Teams, Office 365, Google Apps, and digital workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying connected to the team.

Compensation

Pay: $66,267.40 - $79,805.90 per year
