Job Description

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers and coordinators to attract and place qualified candidates. This hybrid role is based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, with most work conducted remotely and one in-office day, and it requires residency in one of the company’s operating states.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kickoff sessions with hiring managers to define the skills and qualifications needed for open roles.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and the sourcing specialist to research and design an effective recruitment plan that targets talent and emphasizes diverse candidate slates.
  • Review and respond to applicants promptly, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews using a competency model and behavior-based questions.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule leader interviews efficiently and on time.
  • Provide proactive updates to hiring leaders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Offer talent acquisition consultation to hiring leaders on candidate selection, interview skills and questions, competitive offers, and the labor market.
  • Deliver offers of employment with competitive terms and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records at all times.
  • Focus on recruiting primarily high-volume hourly and nonexempt positions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working with various recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience developing recruitment plans in partnership with hiring leaders, sourcing specialists, or other recruiters.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is highly desired but not required.
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an exceptional ability to multitask.
  • Analytical ability to identify trends and escalate barriers.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media applications.
  • Knowledge of related employment laws and regulations.

Typical Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Hybrid arrangement with one in-office day in Oconomowoc, WI and the remainder remote; flexibility for full remote for the right candidate
  • Residency required in an operating state: CA, WA, CO, MN, WI, IL, TN, FL, or PA
