Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is based onsite in Odessa, TX and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for field and office roles within a high-volume, multi-region recruitment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Source candidates through diverse methods including job boards, ATS searches, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Publish open roles in the ATS and on external job boards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to review open roles, hiring priorities, and candidate needs on a regular basis.
• Provide regional recruiting support as needed to balance workload across regions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Oil and gas industry knowledge or related experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to support where needed.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
