Job Summary
This position independently identifies, develops, and executes talent strategies within an identified client group, providing hiring guidance to Hiring Managers. Responsibilities include posting and advertising, sourcing and screening qualified applicants, and facilitating the offer process, along with delivering technical and operational expertise related to hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- 60 percent: Recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- 30 percent: Manager consultation, relationship management, and guidance
- 10 percent: Outreach activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or relevant experience
- At least two years of recent operational or technical recruiting experience
- Experience with a HRIS applicant tracking system
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and laws related to hiring (eg, Title VII, ADA, local HR policies)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and meet priorities
- Ability to coach and guide hiring managers through the hiring process
- Capacity to manage high volume workload with changing priorities
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws as they relate to hiring
