Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner - Healthcare Recruiter at LUX Infusion leads full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, partnering with leaders to build viable candidate pipelines and uphold a compliant, patient-centered hiring process.
Location and Compensation
This is a remote position. Salary range is USD 85,000 to 90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and hire clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent for LUX Infusion.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to assess team needs and craft recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and patient care.
- Build and sustain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Develop a candidate experience that is responsive, respectful, and reflective of the organization’s values.
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through a structured interview process that supports clear communication and informed hiring decisions.
- Support hiring across roles including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Utilize data and recruiting insights to improve hiring outcomes and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Partner with People & Culture, hiring leaders, and onboarding teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Ensure recruiting practices stay aligned with healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and employment standards.
- Strengthen LUX Infusion's market presence by engaging with schools, professional associations, and healthcare talent communities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People & Culture partners, and onboarding stakeholders.
- Demonstrate reliability, thoughtful outreach, and consistent follow-through in all responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to better serve patients, providers, and teammates through improved sourcing and process approaches.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical staffing, or other fast-paced environments where quality and responsiveness matter.
- Ability to partner with leaders, ask the right questions, and move hiring efforts forward with clarity and confidence.
