Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner in Dallas, TX onsite overseeing full lifecycle recruiting across Learfield business units, building talent pools, advising hiring managers and candidates, and guiding recruiting strategy to support growth in a sports media organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to craft and execute recruiting strategies tailored to each role and market.
- Develop sourcing plans to identify passive and active candidates using professional networks, referrals, industry groups, web sourcing, and ATS searches.
- Apply knowledge of Learfield’s business and culture to help candidates understand and embrace available career opportunities.
- Influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations based on historical data, market insights, and labor trends to inform hiring decisions.
- Adhere to defined talent acquisition processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
- Maintain 100% data integrity across TA systems.
- Lead or participate in HR and TA projects to enhance enterprise capabilities across the organization.
- Support other talent acquisition projects as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in search or corporate TA, with exposure to multiple locations or levels.
- Experience using Workday as the applicant tracking system.
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience building proactive pipelines via networking channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced problem solving and decision making; independent thinker and operator.
- Results driven and collaborative, with a team-based mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience leading talent acquisition related projects.
