Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager in New York, NY with hybrid in-office time, partnering with hiring managers to own full-cycle recruitment across North America for WPP Production.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on talent needs and ensuring openings align with future talent strategy.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting appealing job adverts to proactive sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the entire process.
- Steer candidate engagement from initial contact through interview stages to offer, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Own the interview process design and execution, collect feedback, and facilitate debrief sessions to optimize selection decisions.
- Present offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and close top talent with market-informed strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless handoff from hire to onboarding and orientation.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and quality of hire to drive process improvements.
- Promote WPP Production as an employer of choice throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain proactive talent pipelines for upcoming roles and frequently filled positions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally including post production, creative, production, and adjacent searches.
- Strong experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse or a comparable tool.
- Proven ability to source and recruit top talent successfully.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to align recruitment and talent plans with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, leaders, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with a range of recruitment techniques and technologies.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical ability with the skill to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Foundational understanding of US visa eligibility and basic legal considerations in hiring.
- Experience recruiting across the US and Canada in multiple markets is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to multitask across several searches simultaneously.
- Comfort thriving in an organized environment and helping to simplify recruitment processes.
