Job Description

The CCS Companies seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to operate onsite in Salem, New Hampshire. This role supports the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Specialists by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, and helping drive recruiting efforts across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates by leveraging resume databases on Indeed, LinkedIn, and additional platforms to identify qualified applicants for open requisitions.
  • Continuously nurture CCSs candidate pipeline with innovative approaches to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition Specialists and provide insights, feedback, and status updates on candidate quality and application volume.
  • Use Paycom, CCSs applicant tracking system, to maximize efficiency and keep the recruitment process organized and effective.
  • Ensure applications are completed by prospective candidates and assist applicants with questions about the process.
  • Follow up with candidates to share updates on status, interview results, or next steps as needed.
  • Maintain consultative relationships with the Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Business Partners to ensure compliant hiring and onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Run reports as requested by the Manager.
  • Provide general support for orientation and onboarding as needed.
  • Assist with projects for the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as required and participate in HR duties as part of the team.
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and work onsite according to CCS and department policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting, HR, or an administrative role; related experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience using Indeed, LinkedIn or other recruitment tools preferred.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Strong multitasking ability, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and motivation to achieve results.
  • Open to coaching, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace change.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: USD 20 - 24 per hour.
