Talent Acquisition Associate

ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a Junior Specialist in Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to support recruiting and internal staffing needs on-site in Caguas Municipio, PR.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruiting support.
• Assist the internal resource planning and staffing process while helping meet day-to-day talent needs.
• Collaborate with the Specialist and Sr. Specialist to learn from experienced recruiters and contribute to real client and internal staffing requirements from the start.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service roles.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.
