Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter role at Arizona Liver Health in Chandler, AZ (remote) with a salary range of USD 83,000 to 95,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background and reference checks, offer management, and virtual onboarding as needed.
  • Draft and refresh job advertisements for platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and our applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft, revise, and update job descriptions.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
  • Assist with salary negotiations and share market salary insights with hiring managers.
  • Meet KPI goals both individually and as part of the recruiting team.
  • Provide proactive solutions to hiring challenges, including project planning to support high-volume staffing.
  • Educate candidates about our organization structure, mission, values, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships to develop future talent pipelines.
  • Assess candidates for research, clinical, and non-clinical roles to identify highly qualified individuals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries from hiring managers and candidates.
  • Research and compare salary benchmarks to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion through effective sourcing practices.
  • Train hiring managers and internal staff on ATS usage and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate status, hiring budgets, salaries, and other talent metrics to stakeholders.
  • Develop local relationships with universities, trade schools, and community partners to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and stakeholders to refine recruitment processes, SOPs, and interviewer training updates.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare compensation practices, pay structures, and benefits to attract top talent.
  • Strong negotiation and counseling abilities.
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to source candidates for senior or niche roles.
  • Self-starter with high urgency and accountability to meet performance targets.
  • Proficient with technology including ATS (Green House or similar), Outlook, HRIS, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with a track record of drafting precise job descriptions and ads.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to assess candidates for quality, skills, and cultural fit during interviews.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
