Senior Recruiter
Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment across engineering and technical disciplines, running searches independently while maintaining urgency, momentum, and accountability.
- Use proactive outbound sourcing to engage passive candidates and develop sustainable, discipline-specific talent pipelines.
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, clarify ideal candidate profiles, align on realistic salary parameters, and establish communication SLAs.
- Manage candidates through interviewing, coordinate with hiring leaders on offer strategy, and handle closing discussions including counter-offer scenarios.
- Partner with HR Coordinators to support accurate interview scheduling, pre-hire logistics, and a smooth handoff to new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and strong Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene to support reliable pipeline tracking and transparent communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 5–7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven record in a fast-paced agency or staffing firm, or a technical corporate environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search filters, project organization, and high-volume direct outreach.
- Experience gathering search requirements and building consultative, productive relationships with hiring managers.
- Strong closing skills for salary discussions, offers, and proactive management of candidate counter offers.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office/PC productivity tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with a self-starter mindset.
