Job Description

This contract Sales Recruiter role supports Salesforce’s high-growth Go-To-Market teams, managing the full hiring process in a high-volume environment with a hybrid in-office schedule (three days per week) on a six-month term.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and hire top sales professionals for fast-paced Go-To-Market teams in a high-velocity setting.
  • Navigate ambiguity by turning fluid hiring needs into structured talent pipelines and clear next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to onboard talent and proactively align candidates to multiple open opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor, participating in pipeline meetings and presenting current and in-flight pipelines, with direct conversations and constructive feedback as needed.
  • Align with cross-functional partners such as Finance and Legal to drive the recruitment process, negotiate offers, and guide new hires through onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment.
  • Ability to work from the local Chicago office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Proven agility and resilience to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities within a dynamic corporate landscape.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets and the ability to articulate Salesforce's value proposition to candidates.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to cold-call, develop relationships over the phone, and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and execute effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
  • Experience with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google tools.
  • Experience recruiting for sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.

6 Month Contract

Role Description: We seek an experienced Sales Recruiter to support a high-growth Sales organization in a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment. The role manages the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, or may operate in a split model to scale our Go-To-Market teams.

Work Location: This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in-office in Chicago, IL.

Compensation Details

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $142,300 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include potential bonuses, equity, or benefits. Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package including time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
