Sales Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is building teams to support rapid national growth, and this role plays a direct part in expanding our sales organization. You will work onsite in West Chester, PA while recruiting candidates in a metrics-driven environment. What you’ll do

• Partner with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and on track.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand needs and help ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and align them with job requirements.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of professional experience; minimum 1 year experience required.

Compensation and benefits

$90,000 - $100,000 per year, with base salary plus commission.
