Job Description
Onsite in Philadelphia, PA, this Regional University Recruiter role at Full Sail University offers USD 22 per hour, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Full Sail University ambassador, upholding the educational model with integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance.
- Residence in the greater Philadelphia, PA area is required.
- Identify and cultivate territory-specific brand advocacy and recruitment activities across education, post-secondary, and local business communities.
- Conduct 15 to 20 on-site and virtual recruitment activities with high schools and community colleges each month.
- Facilitate interactive recruitment experiences and workshops and deliver brand presentations for Full Sail University.
- Represent at regional college fairs, career nights, STEM/STEAM events, marketing events, community events, and other prospective student and alumni activities.
- Explain Full Sail University programs, outcomes, and student services to prospective students accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with the “Full Sail on Tour” team to maximize regional tour events as needed.
- Partner with Military Outreach and International Business Development teams to support regional recruitment at military installations and ESL programs/international high schools.
- Support additional outreach initiatives as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel, especially during peak seasons.
- Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel.
Requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Full Sail University educational offerings.
- Keep current knowledge of educational programs offered within the Full Sail University school network.
- Document all communications in the Full Sail University CRM.
- Confirm regional recruiting activities at least two days prior to each event date.
- Enter prospective student inquiries into the CRM immediately after each recruiting activity.
- Maintain regular communication with the direct supervisor and collaborate with regional staff, campus personnel, and leadership to plan and execute strategic brand advocacy.
- Provide coverage for on-campus outreach and touring events as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental global outreach captains to host student lifecycle outreach events as needed.
- Submit expense reports on a weekly basis.
- Apply best practices to ensure a consistent brand experience across initiatives.
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for people, education, technology, and the entertainment media industry.
- Ability to relate to and empathize with a wide variety of personality types, professions, and demographics.
- Be self-motivated, adaptive, resilient, and act with integrity at all times.
- Display a dynamic and innovative personality with a drive to connect with people and develop new territory.
- Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excel at face-to-face and phone communication in one-on-one and large group settings.
- Clear, professional written and oral communication; comfortable with cold-calling campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree required with 1-3 years of experience in college admissions, marketing, education, or regional outreach.
- Strong understanding of the college admissions process and educational models for primary and secondary education, including STEM or CDE.
- Must become a licensed agent for Full Sail University in Florida, with potential licensing in additional states as needed.
- Must complete all continuing education and training requirements.
- Background check is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, iLife, iWork, various web tools, and Salesforce CRM.
- Proficient with Apple and Windows hardware.
- Proficient with audio and video equipment.
- Regularly able to communicate with customers and employees, access and input data in computer systems, and enter alphanumeric data while on calls.
- May involve bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible schedule required, including late nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel during peak seasons.
