This hybrid role in Ramsey, New Jersey, places you at the center of strategic hiring initiatives while supporting in-house, remote, and RPO teams. Expect a competitive annual salary range of USD 111,800 to 192,855, reflecting the scope, leadership, and impact of the position. You will report to the Director of Talent and help cultivate a culture focused on accountability, high performance, collaboration, agility, compliance, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence and strategic execution, partnering with stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies and roadmaps. The position offers an opportunity to influence the talent agenda at a regional level and contribute to employer brand optimization using market insights.

Responsibilities

The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition leads and develops a multi-faceted TA team across onsite, remote, and RPO environments, while embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will:

  • Guide and grow a regional TA team spanning on-site, remote, and RPO engagements.
  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, strong performance, collaboration, agility, compliance, and ongoing improvement.
  • Define operational standards, quality controls, KPIs, and service level agreements.
  • Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, and team design.
  • Evaluate current TA processes using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Identify capability gaps and formulate actionable plans.
  • Monitor and communicate progress toward KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent to shape strategy and roadmaps.
  • Lead process redesign efforts and technology enhancements.
  • Strengthen adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate for employer brand optimization guided by market insights.
  • Oversee TA spend across job boards, agencies, and search firms.
  • Lead contract negotiations and vendor evaluations as needed.
  • Influence key stakeholders and communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Over a decade of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven leadership of both in-house and remote TA teams; 10+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR credentials preferred.
  • Experience with global TA best practices, assessments, branding, technology, sourcing AI, vendor negotiations, metrics dashboards, and compliance.
  • Experience in B2B or technology-focused environments preferred.
  • Exposure to RPO/RDO, workforce planning, early career programs, and internal mobility programs.
  • Ability to influence across the organization and lead change initiatives.
