Job Description
End-to-end manufacturing recruiting responsibilities within MORryde's Employee Services (HR) department, overseeing sourcing through onboarding for a broad range of production roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates across channels, evaluating what works and refining approaches over time.
- Update and optimize job postings across various platforms to improve visibility and alignment with current needs.
- Screen and interview candidates for production roles to assess qualifications, experience, and fit with MORryde's manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate onsite interview scheduling with hiring managers to ensure timely, organized interviewing workflows.
- Initiate, monitor, and verify electronic onboarding for new hires to confirm successful setup and compliance.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to fill openings promptly as new roles arise, reducing time-to-fill.
- Provide positive candidate experiences and foster engagement with prospective and current MORryde team members throughout the hiring journey.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events to support a strong workplace culture and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Highest degree of integrity when handling confidential information and data.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn a variety of data systems.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in priorities.

- Proficient with computers, including thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
