Job Description
Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and office administration for UB Neurosurgery, Inc in Buffalo, NY, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates via social media, HR tools, and targeted research to identify qualified talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Guide onboarding by preparing employment contracts, leading orientation sessions, and coordinating EMR system training.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent strategies, including succession planning and internal recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, manage contracts and employee evaluations, and oversee related benefits tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS platforms such as Paychex.
- Support employee relations through onboarding feedback collection and prompt handling of new hire inquiries.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and clinical workflows with a proactive mindset and innovative ideas to improve delivery.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all program applications to support operations.
- Fully cycle onboard Physicians after employment contracts are signed.
- Maintain contents and accuracy of personnel folders.
- Purchase office supplies and stock items upon receipt.
- Perform additional non-core duties as needed to support the department.
Requirements
- Graduation from a Medical Office training program or 2 years of Medical Office experience.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience required.
- Clinical background.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team oriented with a collaborative approach to meet department goals.
- Willingness to participate in continuous quality improvement processes.

Compensation
