$24 - $26/hr Full time Accounting Administrative Support Advisor

Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and office administration for UB Neurosurgery, Inc in Buffalo, NY, onsite.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates via social media, HR tools, and targeted research to identify qualified talent.
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Guide onboarding by preparing employment contracts, leading orientation sessions, and coordinating EMR system training.
Partner with hiring managers on talent strategies, including succession planning and internal recruiting initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, manage contracts and employee evaluations, and oversee related benefits tasks.
Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS platforms such as Paychex.
Support employee relations through onboarding feedback collection and prompt handling of new hire inquiries.
Adapt to shifting priorities and clinical workflows with a proactive mindset and innovative ideas to improve delivery.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all program applications to support operations.
Fully cycle onboard Physicians after employment contracts are signed.
Maintain contents and accuracy of personnel folders.
Purchase office supplies and stock items upon receipt.
Perform additional non-core duties as needed to support the department.

Graduation from a Medical Office training program or 2 years of Medical Office experience.
Minimum of 2 years HR experience required.
Clinical background.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team oriented with a collaborative approach to meet department goals.
Willingness to participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
