Recruiting Manager

Iberia Express Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Truckings-focused) to support staffing for CDL drivers and office or operational roles in McHenry, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers and office/office personnel for all company openings
• Source candidates using phone outreach, Facebook, job boards, referrals, and lead generation platforms
• Screen, interview, and qualify applicants
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews, orientation, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and track hiring activity
• Support development of recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Work toward weekly and monthly hiring goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in the trucking industry
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers is required
• Experience recruiting office or operational staff is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Clear English speaking and writing skills
• Knowledge of the CDL driver qualification and onboarding process
• Experience using recruiting platforms, social media, and lead generation tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation

• Salary Range: USD 58,652 - 70,635 per yearly
• Pay: $58,652.86 - $70,635.70 per year
