Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator supports interview coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations for a fast-growing AI robotics company. This onsite role in Cambridge, MA helps scale hiring in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Compensation: USD 32 - 45 per hour

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with drafting offer letters, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment processes.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and onsite interview coordination.
- Help improve recruiting operations, processes, and documentation as the company scales.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and onsite interview experiences when needed.
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Operations teams to support hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving processes
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
- Interest in robotics, engineering, AI, or emerging technologies

Commitment
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position staffed via HireArt. The role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Cambridge, MA area.
