Job Description

Join Tata Consultancy Services as a Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, onsite in Edison, NJ. This role offers a $85,000 to $120,000 annual salary and a hands-on opportunity to lead full lifecycle technical recruiting. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers in line with the compensation policy, and ensure thorough documentation throughout the process. You will build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders, contributing to national, multi-location recruiting efforts from a collaborative onsite posture.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for Hiring Manager requisitions using Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Placement Ads, Networking, Cold Calling, and External Agencies.
  • Perform initial screening to assess candidate fit and interest, and share information about the role and Tata Consultancy Services.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Present verbal offers in consultation with Hiring Managers and in line with the company's compensation policy.
  • Ensure complete paperwork and documentation for all candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, selection, and hiring cycle.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Hiring Managers.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in Information Technology or a Technology/Engineering sector.
  • Expert knowledge across full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Experience with a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to recruit on a national, multi-location basis.
