Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview timelines
  • Serve as the primary contact for external recruiting partners, both domestic and global
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding to ensure new hires are integrated and set up for success
  • Coordinate pre-hire documentation, background checks, and new-hire paperwork with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage and host new-hire orientations to deliver a structured and engaging introduction to the company
  • Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting trackers and candidate communication logs
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify retention trends
  • Prepare periodic HR reports, including PTO status updates, EEO filings, and organizational charts
  • Manage the summer internship program and assist with quarterly employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, and department leaders to ensure seamless operational transitions
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or general human resources
  • Experience recruiting accounting professionals is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for high-quality documentation
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate and employee experience
  • High professional maturity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training initiatives to ensure full team operational coverage
