Job Description
Drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units for technical and corporate hiring at PCB Piezotronics, Inc. in Depew, NY (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring for non-exempt and exempt roles to meet staffing goals.
- Create recruitment materials and post openings to job boards and the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, build recruiting strategies, and provide stage-by-stage status updates.
- Source and identify candidates using recruiting platforms such as job boards, resume searches, social media, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
- Use AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and support stronger decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with sourcing contacts, colleges, and local organizations; identify and participate in community activities that increase company visibility.
- Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes against current and future job descriptions.
- Conduct phone screening interviews, refer qualified candidates to hiring managers, and support additional interview rounds as needed.
- Collect, document, and coordinate interview feedback; complete employment reference checks for selected candidates.
- Coordinate with HR to communicate and support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment projects.
- Produce analytical, well-documented reporting on open requisitions and hiring metrics; identify hiring barriers, develop plans to address them, and help close open requisitions.
- Use AI-assisted technologies for research, drafting, candidate screening, and data analysis, with outputs reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Working knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including diagnosing systemic issues and applying holistic solutions.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.
- Travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a variety of industries with multi-state locations using ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift and carry up to 10 lbs; and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision.
- Ability to work in an indoor office environment with low to moderate noise level.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations
- Requires access to “controlled technology” under Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M).
