Job Description

Corporate Recruiter role supporting end-to-end hiring onsite in Windsor, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Research and apply efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role needs, industry standards, and organizational priorities
  • Manage job posting and advertisement workflows
  • Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates, including resume review and interview-related actions aligned to branch, department, or role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and support preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Assist with interviews by attending and conducting interviews with managers when needed
  • Coordinate background checks and drug testing, collect results, and create and process offer letters
  • Create tools and training that support successful interviewing, selection, and hiring
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Schedule and host New Hire Orientation in the absence of HR Generalist
  • Complete new hire check-ins via phone or in person
  • Support anniversary and birthday maintenance and recognition activities (cards, plaques), including ADP home page posting and service award preparation, ordering, and shipment
  • Attend and participate in college and other job fairs or recruiting events as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics
  • Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies across a variety of roles
  • Proactive, independent work style with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicable hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency with applicant-tracking software or the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • At least two years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred

Work Location

  • Windsor, NJ (onsite)

Salary

  • USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
