Recruiter

In this role, you will attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates across transportation, logistics, maintenance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective candidates
• Review applications for suitability
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain organized applicant records
• Track recruiting metrics to measure performance
• Produce regular recruiting reports
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Drive recruiting initiatives across the organization

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience is preferred
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
• Strong preference for experience with Tenstreet ATS
• Prior recruiting experience for transportation, logistics, or CDL roles is preferred
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruiting technologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers across multiple locations
