Job Description

CBEM LLC in Lafayette, California is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to lead the full hiring process within its HR team on a hybrid schedule. This role blends in-office collaboration three days per week with remote work, guiding candidates from sourcing through onboarding and helping strengthen the organization’s talent pool.

Location: Lafayette, CA (hybrid - three days in office). Hourly rate: USD 33 - 36. Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment from posting openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Source talent across multiple channels, including social networks and Boolean search techniques.
  • Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
  • Plan New Hire Orientation and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Foster relationships with colleges and universities, participate in career fairs, and engage with the community to broaden the talent pool.
  • Promote the employer brand through social media and targeted recruitment marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with preference for full-cycle experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law; HR certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Onboarding is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a passion for building strong teams.
