Nurse Recruiter I

Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Nurse Recruiter I to join its talent acquisition team in a role that blends remote recruiting with occasional on-site collaboration in Corvallis, Oregon. The position focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring nursing talent across RNs, CNAs, and specialty roles, while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the process. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a pay range of $27 to $40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for nursing roles, including RNs, CNAs, and specialty positions
• Screen resumes to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs
• Publish and manage job postings across multiple platforms to maximize candidate engagement
• Provide a positive, seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Stay informed on healthcare labor market trends and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience within a human resources office, staffing agency, marketing department, or a closely related field
• Experience and/or training with computer applications
