Job Description

This role leads agent recruiting, mentorship, and sales development across Southern and Central Oregon, with an emphasis on growth, expansion, and establishing a strong market presence for HomeSmart Realty Pros.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain productive real estate brokers
  • Build recruiting pipelines through networking and industry relationships
  • Mentor agents in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and business growth
  • Conduct trainings, workshops, and sales meetings
  • Foster a collaborative, energetic, and production-focused culture
  • Support brokerage expansion throughout Southern and Central Oregon

Requirements

  • Active Oregon Principal Broker license required
  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
