Job Description
This role leads agent recruiting, mentorship, and sales development across Southern and Central Oregon, with an emphasis on growth, expansion, and establishing a strong market presence for HomeSmart Realty Pros.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain productive real estate brokers
- Build recruiting pipelines through networking and industry relationships
- Mentor agents in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and business growth
- Conduct trainings, workshops, and sales meetings
- Foster a collaborative, energetic, and production-focused culture
- Support brokerage expansion throughout Southern and Central Oregon
Requirements
- Active Oregon Principal Broker license required
- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience

Compensation
