Landscape Recruiter / Labor Manager
Job Description
Join Club Care Management, LLC as a Landscape Recruiter / Labor Manager and help keep field crews staffed, engaged, and productive. This role offers a competitive yearly salary of USD 60,000 - 68,000, a benefits package with dental, health, and vision insurance, plus a referral program. The position is based in Florida (onsite) with travel to support traveling crews across multiple sites. You will lead staffing operations, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations to sustain efficient landscape operations.

Responsibilities
- Recruit landscape laborers, drivers, irrigation technicians, crew leaders, and seasonal staff
- Post and manage job ads across hiring platforms and community channels
- Conduct interviews, screening calls, and reference checks
- Coordinate hiring events and community outreach
- Maintain applicant pipeline for peak seasons
- Work with staffing agencies or H-2B coordinators if applicable
- Verify work authorization and assist with onboarding documentation
- Must be willing to travel
- Coordinate new hire orientation
- Ensure completion of hiring paperwork and adherence to company policies
- Assist with E-Verify/I-9 coordination as required
- Explain attendance, transportation, safety, and payroll procedures
- Help employees understand job expectations and work assignments
- Coordinate daily crew staffing levels
- Assign employees to regions, crews, and supervisors
- Manage call-offs, attendance, and labor shortages
- Monitor labor hours and overtime trends
- Assist with workforce planning during seasonal peaks
- Help arrange transportation and lodging logistics for traveling crews
- Maintain communication between operations management and field employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Help resolve conflicts and attendance issues
- Conduct check-ins with employees and crew leaders
- Support employee retention initiatives
- Track disciplinary actions and documentation
- Promote positive morale and workplace culture
- Maintain employee records and recruiting reports
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies
- Coordinate with payroll regarding employee status changes
- Assist with workers’ compensation reporting and incident follow-up
- Track certifications, licenses, and training records
- Support multi-state labor compliance coordination if crews travel
- Coordinate company transportation schedules
- Arrange hotel accommodations for seasonal travel crews
- Track occupancy and transportation assignments
- Communicate travel schedules and expectations to employees
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, construction, agriculture, staffing, or field labor management
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced seasonal environments
- Knowledge of recruiting and workforce scheduling
- Experience with payroll systems or HR software preferred
- Understanding of labor compliance and onboarding procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred
