HR Generalist/Recruiter
Job Description

This role supports full cycle recruiting and day to day HR tasks, including onboarding, HR compliance, and administrative duties. The position partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, select, and retain top talent. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required to effectively connect with diverse candidates and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with candidates
- Maintain applicant tracking system within Paycom to keep candidate records up to date
HR Support Functions
- Assist with new hire pre-employment and onboarding
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Maintain employee records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Provide general HR administrative support and respond to employee questions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources support
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Supports second shift operations as needed.
